Kia Northcliff service
<p>Good day</p> <p> I purchased my Kia Picanto (BRAND NEW) no the 9th August 2016 and a few days later I noticed that Gear 3 has technical problems. I then got in touch with the Sales Person and they advised that I take it back to the dealership for them to check which I did and the problem was fixed. However in December I noticed that Gear 3 is still an issue when trying to go into Gear 3 and even Reverse, my handbrake does not work on a steep hill, my car still rolls back and my brakes have a squeaky sound when I am braking. Currently my car is on 10 000km’s (ZERO ACCIDENTS).</p> <p>I then booked in my car for them to look at all of the above technical problems, I took the car in yesterday morning however no one from the dealership got in touch with me the whole day, when I called around 15h30 to enquire if my car will still be ready for collection today, only then do they advise me that my car is at the warehouse for review and will not be ready for collection.
