KIA Northcliff.
My name is Noxolo Ngezu I currently purchased a car from KIA Northcliff Beyers Naudé Dr & Monkor Rd. As a first time buyer my experience was the worst and I am not the happiest client at this stage. At first I wanted to leave the deal because I found it a bit too expensive and the sales guy Sibusiso Nkosi made sure the deal came with everything and Empty promises were made. When I went to pick up my car he didn’t show me my engine, spare wheel or gave me the specs of the car. I was told the car would come with a full tank of petrol but to my shock I noticed when I got home that he only poured a quarter of a tank in the car, I then decided to WhatsApp him to ask what was the meaning of this and he did not reply. Later that evening a debit order came through to my phone for the insurance which they said was covered in my deal alongside with my tracking device. When I told him about it I got no reply from him the next day when I got a phone call from his manager saying that Sibu asked her to call me to explain what was happening. My issue was that I left the garage on Friday 2018/10/03 without insurance because you are only covered after the first installment anything could have happened but thanks to God nothing did, worst of all is if my account didn’t have enough money in it, I would have been stuck with a car that has no petrol and no insurance. Then I was told that I will only be paid on Tuesday the 2nd October, which never happened. I did not have any funds in my account due to the Insurance going off. On the 3rd of October 2018 which is a Wednesday, after phoning them 6 times, they advised me that my payment was made after 12, yet I was told payments are only processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays but to my surprise it was only done today (Still not in my account) and not yesterday like I was told. I am not happy with the service I got from KIA I am very disappointed and angry as I still haven’t received an email of my contract at the time I was writing this letter, but when I fetched the car on Friday I was told that all was in order and that they will email me everything. My Car is currently parked and I have no money to come to work and I have to go around asking people for money, and I am now looking like a fool who has just bought a car that’s just sitting because KIA failed me. There is no Point of having a car I am not able to drive. If it’s possible can they come collect it from my place because I am going to have the same issue every month when I have to get paid for my Insurance and the tracking devise...
