Kia Nelspruit

My car has been at Kia Nelspruit for the last 2weeks without anyone doing anythingand I have laid a complaint with the complaints department but no joy they just promise to get back to me but nothing and now I was told it will take another 2-3weeks even spoke to dealer principal but nothing who can help or assist Kia service is pathetic I can't deal with it anymore.
