Kia motors umhlanga extremely disappointing - Kia Rio brakes failed!

Last week I had an incident were as I was driving my Kia Rio 2017 hatch, my brakes failed! Due to me trying to stop the car I had to pull up the handbrake resulting in me hitting into a kerb and damaging my tyres together with hitting into a light pole. It was a very traumatizing experience! I then proceeded to call Kia Umhlanga as they have been the service dealership I have been taking my car to (which is still under service plan and warranty)

They took my car in on Friday and I was told I will be kept updated. It is now Tuesday whenever I call the service department they inform me that everyone's busy on another call.

It is extremely disappointing as I now have to uber to work!
