Kia Motors supply bad service and vehicles with short items.

I bought a Kia Rio 2016 at Kia Hatfield Pretoria, the vehicle did not have mats, a lighter or the manual book. The salesman Wellington promised the items will be delivered in the same week which was not done, i have send numerous emails and made numerous calls i am being ignored by the salesman and received a whole lot of empty promises from Thembeka another sales person. I am not getting any assistance from the branch what so ever. The service is very poor and they are quick to sell their vehicles, but after the sale they do not care about their customers. Terrible after sales service. I will never recommend the dealership to anyone nor any Kia vehicle. Up until today 05.06.2018 i have still not received anything and have had no correspondence from the dealership, i will make sure by word of mouth the terrible service from KIA is known. Paying a lot of money for a vehicle should come with all the accessories the vehicle is supposed to have.
