Kia Motors South Africa, worst experience ever!!!!

<p>I am unfortunately totally displeased about the poor service at KIA Isando, Barbara Rd.</p> <p>After sending a detailed email to Kia Motors South Africa head office Senior-Level Executive (Deputy MD) and Customer Service Department, their email response to the responsible Regional Manager as follows :</p> <p>“Hi ******</p> <p>Trust you are dealing with this headache already. Let me know if we can be of assistance”</p> <p>I ask, what kind of customer service is that considering KIA messed up my deal, never again!!!</p> <p> </p>
