KIA MOTORS SOUTH AFRICA

On the 05th September 2020 I bought a part at KIA WONDERWATERS Pretoria. This i bought from Hennie De Wijn, till today I have been taken for a ride with this part by this **** company. I have been using my time, airtime and petrol to call, go there and still the issue is not resolved. Yesterday the 15th January 2021 I was called by Eric whom I believe is the manager, he informed me that the part is there and I can come collect, this morning the 16th January 2021 I drove there only to be told that the part is not there. He was miss informed.

I am of the view that if I was white this matter would have been dealt with in a different way, I feel my concerns aren't noted as I am black.

I called KIA MOTORS SOUTH AFRICA to lay a complaint, they too promised that the matter will be resolved but they too have failed me. I would never recommend this **** company to anyone sane. The people do not show any concern or remorse even when you speak to them. I am deeply saddened by how I have been treated.
