Kia Motors Randburg a big no

My wife bought a 2021 KIA Picanto with 2600 km from KIA Randburg back in February. My wife took delivery in Mpumalanga. The car was driven from Randburg to our town. On the way, the delivery driver admitted that he picked up a rock chip on the windscreen. We took pictures of the damage and notified the sales agent. She (sales agent) garaunteed us that KIA Randburg will take care of the damage. We are still waiting on KIA to make good on their promise. I can safely say I do not take the word of KIA as motor company anymore. We will defenitely take our business elsewere next time. If KIA motors cant even sort out a small issue like a chipped windscreen I have no confidence they can sort out bigger issues.
