Kia Motors Polokwane Service appreciated

I took my car in for Service and after collecting my car, I realised what seemed to be scratches on the bonnet of my car from what I believe to be whatever might have been used to wash my car. I decided to take my car back in on Monday to lay a complaint, I spoke to the manager whom I believe to be Gert who was under the impression that these scratches had in actual fact happened earlier than bringing my car to service...Which was not the case and Gert managed to concede that it could not have been the case as I did an inspection with one of the Guys for scratches on the car when I took in the car. Ultimately, Gert said I should bring the car back in and it will be fixed. I booked the car back in a few days later and the car was fixed. We (I for one) are usually quick to complain but this one time I want to thank Gert and the Kia Polokwane guys for getting my car in a condition that I initially hoped to get it in. I didn't expect them to do a good job of fixing the tiny scratches but they really did a good job and I am happy with my car's condition. One of the ladies, Maropeng also made sure to keep me posted about my car's progress throughout the process. I really appreciate the good service I received from Kia Polokwane even after the mishap
