There is not a lot of words to say really apart from just another Common Mokopane LET DOWN. The only helpful and friendly staff member is Nancy at KIA reception, the rest are either on their phone or do not give a damn about you as the client. The security calls you and treats you like a dog after you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to help you after continuously walking past looking at you, just to service your vehicle. My advice, rather go do business at Toyota Mokopane right across the road, you will be fretted with professionalism and all out customer care! Pitiful honestly....
