(KIA MOTORS GOLDREEF) *********** employees and Managers who **** to us!!!

(KIA MOTORS GOLDREEF) So we wanted to buy a Mercedes Benz C200 from Kia Motors in Ormonde We were there on the 28th of December 2018 and filled in the application and gave them all the necessary information on document. After the public holiday we were told that nedbank had approved everything and we were told to collect the car on the 2nd of January 2019.

We took unpaid leave and headed to the branch using an uber, On our arrival we test drove the car and then we had to speak to the FNI, he said he would print out the contract so he suggested we take a walk around and he would call us.

We took a walk and after two hours we returned only for them to tell us the bank would not cover about R30 000. The manager then suggested we take a R30 000 to cover the cost!!!

Vehicle finance is already debt and this person who calls himself a manager told us to go get into more DEBT!!!!

Honestly I was flabbergasted to say the least!! These people who told us the Bnak had approved everything and they are now asking for R30 000. I think the Manager and the FNI are *********** to say the least and I hated the service I received.

As someone who has sold and bought vehicles from them I must say I would never do it again, which is very unfortunate as my partner wants a new car and so do I and my mother!! I will not purchase a vehicle from Kia Goldreef, Freeway Toyota and the Nissan next to the Kia.

I am very disappointed at what happened and that we took a day off for absolutely nothing because of their incompetence!!!

And to make matters worse the driver that took us home who is an employee at KIA motors was swearing on his phone and driving even when the traffic lights were red!!

I had the most unpleasant experience of my LIFE!!!
