KIA motor Multifranchise

I bought a ix 35 in February 2018 and I was told spare is not okay and black driver door is being ordered by Maruping Mnisi. I am still waiting for that and now no one knows where he is working but still under KIA. I went to Alberton branch where I was told he was transferred to. When I customer service, l am on hold.
