KIA KRAMERVILLE SANDTON IS NONSENSE

I took my car for a service at KIA KRAMERVILLE SANDTONKIA and I am not happy at all. From the morning when I dropped my car, they took time to attend to me while no one was sitting there. I got a call during the day that I need to replace my wipers and I told them I was okay. My car is making a sound and told them in the morning and I was told it will be checked. No one pointed out anything about the sound just the wipers. I asked them to call me as soon as the car is ready and at 3PM I ended up going there only to find my car ready however no one bothered to call me. Maybe it is because I did not want them to replace my wipers and no commission was made. They also said they replaced something that kia pays for and I have no idea what that is. I have went to KIA Rustenburg before and I was given the best service. I am no longer taking my car there, NO MORE.
