"Kia konfidence" more like no Konfidence! Terrifyingly horrible service repairs and workmanship on Kia! Jeopardizing a customers safety for a quick repair and not to spend any money on their own fleet vehicle!

I would like to bring it to the attention of Kia south Africa that your dealers are masters of concealing damages to a vehicle incurred before purchasing interfering with my warranty when a DEKRA report was done on the car, all repairs and services done by KIA and I was sold on it on the basis my warranty would be intact. I recently purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage still under warranty with low mileage and was told it was a fleet car. This was purchased from Kia airport. About two days ago a funny sound came from the rear only to discover the right rear shock was leaking. Not a problem these things happen, and the vehicle is still under warranty, took the car to the dealer to get replaced under warranty and that’s when the horror show started. I was told the warranty was rejected. How could this be for a car I've had for 5 months and driven on tar road have damages under it rejecting the warranty. Then come the findings and was I horrified. My Family and I had been driving in a car with an ABS sensor that was glued on! One of the many faults found on the car, to which the investigating mechanic was shocked that these damages were missed/skipped out on repairing as these are old damages that the car had been driving for a long time, way longer than what I’ve had the vehicle for. I did my investigation and came upon a lot of evidence. One piece that was interesting is that the right rear shock was replaced before which clearly indicates the damages happened prior to my purchase and clearly the technician that worked on the car damaged the sensor when they replaced the shock and rather than reporting it just glued it on. This also points to the fact that when its suites the dealer warranty can be app**** but for a customer it is a money-making scheme as they did not want to shell out money for a supposed fleet vehicle. Now I am expected to pay for the repairs that clearly the dealer should have undertaken before selling the vehicle as I know is your policy with the saying “kia confidence” that when the report is issued all damages are repaired and sold to the customer which is why I came to Kia in the first place. I do not trust this “KIA confidence” any more after all this nonsense has proven it WRONG and your dealers are ill equipped to handle this. After compiling the evidence and sending It along the chain the dealer has decided to play email ping pong and ignored calls. Let it be known all services and repairs were conducted by a kia dealer as they have a repair history on file. Rather than take responsibility and even make any attempt to help a customer the baton is passed along with no feedback. I would think that the dealer would jump at the opportunity to do repairs, critical is the shock and the rear swing arms that are damaged and the GLUED-ON ABS SENSOR-A CLEAR SAFETY VIOLATION! However, I am met with no response and lack of interest. This is truly terrifying that this is the level of service you receive when your safety is put at risk. I present more than adequate evidence and findings point out that dealers are not conducting repairs to a quality safety standard to skip out on cost and when a customer comes in a valid warranty claim then begins the horror show. Kia airport now known as Kia east rand. KIA retail how are you going to handle this rotten level of sales and workmanship?
