Kia klerksdorp/Agenbag bad service

What a bad service for buying a new car from Kia klerksdorp under Agenbag Their service sucks Went for a car, a new Kia start 2018 it is financed For starters they told deal declined I did follow up the deal is pending They say bring bank statement we close at 13:00 12:30 when I get there doors closed Sales person saying he didn't have my number,had to remind him u wrote when I give them to u Monday morning I get a call to fetch the car when I got there I can't Leave with the car told rather I come at 4pm As agreed 4 pm I was there And then my sales person is not there The available one can even help me except the car I came for is not there After that long unprofessional wait I get offered a second hand of 2017 with a blue color for that matter I want my car Kia klerksdorp sucks Had I known Kia klerksdorp is part of Agenbag I could not have bothered Their service is ugly Am just not happy at all and I want my new car The one I chose
