KIA Isando horrible service

<p>so I bought a KIA RIO from KIA Isando. Firstly my sales guy was **** as I had to call in numerous times just to have him bring the car to me so I can test drive, that never happened. The first time I drove the car was when I collected it. I was promised vehicle documents within 7 days, in fact I insisted on it and I was promised this request will be Done, never happened. I had to drive back and forth to the dealership on numerous occasions to get documentation as this was a business vehicle. The receptionist ended coming to my rescue, lovely lady. The vehicle had a few scratches on it, salesman promised to call me within the week to get the vehicle, have repairs and glazing done on it, 7 weeks later I'm still waiting. Apparently a service was done on the vehicle but it's not in the service book, the used car manager insists it was done. He promised to send me proof of that, 4 weeks later I'm still waiting, even though I requested it 2 or 3 times now. I have one complaint for the FYI lady, when structuring the deal, she never discussed with me if I want any extras on the vehicle. All the extras that came with the deal were never discussed with me prior to the quote being sent to the financer. Speaking of the quote, the mileage on the quote I was sent was about 15000km less than the mileage on the vehicle itself, very deceiving. </p>
