Kia is waiting for my warranty to be over so they can nail me

I am frustrated and I'm done begging for assistance from Kia Edenvale.

I have had ongoing problems with my vehicle and nobody wants to help. I bought my vehicle in August 2021 she is brand new so right now only 2 years old. Recently when starting the vehicle it sounds like a tractor, I get that it's diesel but it's not normal to sound like that. I work in Midrand and stay in Germiston, when leaving work I had 644km left to drive before filling up. When arriving at home I had 647km left all of a sudden. Then I started my vehicle the next morning and I had 634km all of a sudden. When braking slowly sometimes my brakes sound like a ship docking. I have taken the vehicle to Kia Edenvale more than once. Everytime I take it in Kenneth who works there has a new excuse. He agrees that start up doesn't sound normal I also explain all of the above and he tells me my cat knows how I drive he will reset the software but then I need to know that my car needs to learn how I drive all over again. I didn't realize my car is alive guys. The last excuse I got from him when calling was the guys from Korea were there they need to see if it's software or they need to replace all these vehicles.

I have also been asking Kenneth for a report on my vehicle and the complaints I initially logged about it as well as a letter to state how he is going about fixing this problem as my lawyershave requested this. Needless to say it's been 3 months with no report or letter and also no follow-up with
