Kia Hillcrest- Worst Car Dealer in Hillcrest

I purchased a vehicle from Kia Hillcrest and once I sent proof of payment for the vehicle, my hellish experience began. We agreed that I would receive the vehicle on the Wednesday, as I had paid cash for the vehicle. I was then told Thursday, but I suggested Friday to make everyone's lives easier. I was told there were 1 or 2 chips to be touched up and a service needs to be done. Fine. Got the car, drove off happily. Took the car to bmw for an overall check only to find the service book had not been stamped by Kia Hillcrest to reflect that the service had been done.The service interval indicator had not been reset, so bmw requested proof that a service was done because there was no stamp, and the car was indicating that a service was due. I requested this from Kia Hillcrest and after 2 weeks of begging, pleading, and escalating to the dealer principal, who I must say, makes no difference in service delivery, I received the invoice for an oil change, after all that I had to pay for a service anyway. Well, that's done with and I prefer that the service was done at bmw anyway. Took my car to Hillcrest panelbeaters for a buff and checked the car afterwards only to realize what a **** job was done on those chips. If I had known that Kia Hillcrest were so useless, I could've had them done professionally at hillcrest panelbeaters. Then, it took them 6 weeks to register my vehicle and hand over number plates, and no, this had nothing to do with our service delivery issues with our SA licensing departments, this was pure **** after sales service from Kia Hillcrest. It gets better, bmw realized that I had the wrong spare key for my vehicle about 3 weeks ago, I informed Kia Hillcrest, returned the spare key, only for them to realize my key is in jhb with another customer and 3 weeks later, the courier is still on their way with my spare key. Great aftersales service Kia Hillcrest. Maybe you should visit bmw supertech in pinetown for training or even aksons wheels pietermaritzburg where my husband purchased his bmw 1 week after I purchased mine from kia hillcrest, and the car was delivered to his office in pinetown, fully licensed and fully serviced.
