Kia Heidelberg: Poor Poor Service:They don't know what they are doing.

I took my car to Kia Heidelberg for a leak and they said they fixed it and charged me more than R3K. Two weeks later, the car water pipe bursts and then I took it back and they replaced the pipe, charged me R2K for it and now the car is even in a worst state, it does not start. All they said it sorry for the inconvenience. They called one of their engineer to start it , he starts it I go home thinking its fixed. I get to my home gate the car switches off and does not to even start. What kind of professionalism is this? Very poor service because it means they don't know what they are doing.
