KIA have not given me my spare key

In March 2013 I bought a KIA RIO from KIA Springs. They have not delivered as promised as im still waiting for my spare key. I have contacted the sales person a number of times and nothing is being done. They keep on telling me that they have ordered a new key. I have referred many clients to KIA but they still take me for granted. My key is not working and im struggling as I cant get my spare key.
