Kia Hatfield Retail. I asked Kyle if 16 November if I can come and see him 17 November before 8 to do a check on my car. He said no they only available at 0830. I passed this morning before 8 and saw him climb out of his car. When I asked him about it he said to me he doesn’t need to explain anything to me. I struggle a year to get a boot cover for my car and the original service book, I purchase a car in December 2022. They didn’t inform me when the next service was (didn’t have the service book) and I missed it. Suzuki didn’t picked up any service done, Kia send a paper and said service was done at Suzuki, but why cat Suzuki hatfield pick it up?? I am not happy at all!!!! They think they can lie to a women. I am furious, specially when he said today he doesn’t need to explain anything to me.
