First of all- service is very poor, and the rudest personnel ever. I bought a car from them, when I received the car it was very dirty, dust everywhere, they did not even take the car for his Valet or any type of cleaning.

The sales person Wendy was not helpful at all - I resended documents over and over that was needed to buy the car, she always said I will come back to you or phone you back in an hour or before the end of the day on how the process is going and if there is still docs needed - she never phoned back as promised (I must phone her or whatsapp her again and again) my fiance even left messages at reception to phone him- she never did.

I paid a holding deposit on the car - the Wednesday I got my car and they said that the next monday I will receive the refund - now almost 3 weeks later and no refund is done yet. They have some more excuses like outstanding documents or documents that was incorrected - and they need to send us documents now that we need to sign online but they never send the pin as promised - they never even followed up with the bank (why did i receive the car if all of this was not complete) Elize - (in finance) is the rudest and most unproffesional person I have ever dealt with on the phone.
