Kia Hatfield not settling Trade-in car and not refunding me

<p>On the 1st of March I traded in my Kia Rio (Financed through MFC) for a new Kia cerato (Financed through ABSA)</p> <p>ABSA settled the Kia Hatfiled for the Cerato,but till today MFC have still not been settled,meaning that at this point in time according to MFC i still own the Kia Rio ,and therefore still have to pay the monthly debit order even though I n longer have possesion of the vehicle.</p> <p>I have followed up on the settlement mumerous times and been prmoised everyday that payment will be made.</p> <p>I was then told that payment was made on monday (20.03) and that POP will be sent to me and MFC.</p> <p>I have still not received any POP.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Secondly,Kia Hatfield have to pay a refund to the value of the installment of the old car (Rio) becasue settlement did not take into account my debit order on 01.03</p> <p>This has been confirmed by delaer but I still have not received the funds.</p> <p>Once again no POP provided.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am getting a bit concerned because of all the lies and the lack of reponse and coopearation by the dealer (Kia Hatfield).</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am at the point now where i will be reporting the matter to the Police and taking legal action as this constitues ***** as I do have possession of a car I am still paying for.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Absolutely disgusting and ***** business by kia Hatfield.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Reagrds</p> <p>Kyle</p>
