KIA GERMISTON HORRIBLE SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I bought a car from Kia Germiston and i was told that they will make a spare key for my car and i have been following up for the past 5 months and that spare key has not been given to me.I send emails,call the consultant and nothing gets done.The last time I was there I was told that they have ordered the key from Renault but months later nothing.I am so frustrate at such bad service. This is unprofessional and horrible.
