Kia Germiston, happy to take your money, but that is where it ends.

I bought a used vehicle from Kia Germiston, end of November. The vehicle was supposed to be supp**** with a space saver spare wheel. After three weeks the registration papers were delivered to my wife with a space saver that was half the correct sise and had the wrong number of stud holes. I have requested Kia Germiston ( Multifranchise) numerous times to rectify this. Up to this point the matter has, everytime, been referred to another person who does nothing. Pathetic level of service.
