KIA- Gear troubleshoot

<p>I have a complaint regarding Kia Motors Randfontein, i took my car for an inspection of the gear which gave me problems, Next thing my vehicle was involved in a car accident only to learn that the accident happened while the vehicle is in their position, which i did not sign any indeminity form. Long story short they found out the vehicle was supposed to be written off but they did not have the money(SO MUCH FOR BUSINESS INSURANCE) Now they have indicated that they will fix the vehicle but have given me an old vehicle which has been giving me tremendous problems from covers falling to battery problems. Nevermind that my vehicle was Semi brand new now i have to sit with such problems which also lead to me arriving late at my work due to the above mentioned problems. All i require is for them to provide me with my vehicle in a perfect condition alternatively provide a new vehicle and set off my fees SURELY IF THEY ARE KIA and its their vehicle something can be worked out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope i will get resolution with this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best Regards</p> <p>Absolom</p> <p> ********** 051</p>
