KIA Fourways-*******!!!

worst experience ever.....bought a vehicle last year at KIA fourways ( on cedar road) and i paid R400 extra i.e. over and above the purchase price. i have requested for a refund and till today i have not received my monies. i sent email to the principal dealer, attended at their office to no avail.
