Kia Fourways- Service Department

<p>Kia Fourways- Your service department is absolutley pathetic.</p> <p>My car went in this morning to have a simple wheel nut changed. I have no heard from anyone regarding the cost or when my car will be ready for collection. I have tried to call the service department now x9 times, everytime it gets tranferred to Kia sales or Hyundai service departemnt. </p> <p>No on is able to find the two people responsible in this department or help me with my calls, instead I just get transferred to different people who cannot assisst or the phone call gets cut off. </p> <p>This is second time i have brought in my car and experienced this type of service- or lack thereof (The first time there was no one in the service department to help me book my car in for almost an hour) </p> <p>Something needs to be done here as this is no way to conduct your business, unless you are looking to lose customers.</p> <p> </p>
