Kia fourways are theives

I had the most unpleasant experience ever at Kia Fourways. It's not the first time I receive such service but this time I've had it.

The first time they changed my battery and as a result messed with the functions of my car. They then wanted to charge me for the mess they created. The rudeness of the staff is just on another level. Just recently they changed my brakes. Was charged for it but was never logged with my insurance. This is theft and they have been sending me from pillar to post just to even get my refund.

I just wonder how many people they ******* everytime one takes their car in for a service.

Head office has been helpful but the branch is just bad with service.

I was told the manager is too busy to even help with a refund. There was no apology from the manager and the way they speak to people is just rude. It's been 3 days since they said they the money will be in my account and till today nothing.
