Kia Fountains

I have had the most frustrating experience with Kia Fountains. I bought myself a Kia at the fountains branch and also had done a trade in. On the 27th of February 2018 I finally got the Kia after a few hustles and to cut the long story short, till today I still have not received the money I was promised from the trade in, I am constantly given excuses..., I am utterly disappointed by their service, I even have to follow up with getting number plates which till today I do not have. I have to do the follow ups, no one calls me to fill me in on anything. This is bad service.
