KIA for nothing

I would like a senior manager to contact me with regards to an email I sent at the beginning of December 2018, which I am still waiting for a response on.

I DO NOT WISH to speak to a "dealer principle" or a "customer services consultant", as they either do not return phone calls nor emails, nor do they attempt to hear your complaint.

I would like to make contact someone who will actually bother to read my email and reply or make an appointment for us to meet in person!

Let's see how long this takes .........
