KIA Edenvale -Terrible after service

<p>So after 2 months of buying a demo 4x4 KIA Sportage, the cluth gives up. The maintenace plan that I took covers a loan vehicle but it is a KIA picanto which is like the smallest vehicle possible. Now while I am greatful, I cannot go on vaction with my family for just more than a week as there simply is not enough space. All I did was kindly ask if KIA Edenvale could only arrange something a little bigger for that period only but I was instead greeted with unexpected brashness that nothing could be done. Needless to say, it turned into a bit of slandering from both sides to the extent that I was accused of damaging this clutch within a month or so even though I complained that the gears were not selecting properly from the time I took the vehicle. If you ever have the chance to deal with KIA Edenvale, I urge you consider going some where else. The after sales service is appaling. Neither Pieter Jacobs (Manager) nor Otto Lambrechts (Dealer Principle) will do anything to assist you. By the way, the clutch pump had given up not the clutch plate or the pressure plate. </p> <p> </p>
