KIA EDENVALE HAS NO INTEGRITY

Kia Edenvale has assigned Amelia Pavier that has no customer service or integrity as my service advisory. She is not able to distinguish between a warranty claim or a cash quote. The Ombudsman, National Consumer Commission, National Consumer Tribunal, National Credit Regulator, SA Consumer Complaints and the RSA Social Media Family needs to give their input to this atrocious service and treatment. Kia Edenvale you have overstepped your boundaries. The Principal dealer as well as the Service Manager does not investigate the problem , they are not interested at all to assist. The management at KIA Edenvale are a bunch of ******* with no integrity !!!!! Pathetic Customer service
