Kia Edenvale GAUTENG bad customer service and negligence

Hi Peter

Since I started owning cars and servicing them at different dealerships.

I have never had bad service like I did at KIA Edenvale (5 Herman Rd &, **** Kemp St). I took my Kia Cerato Koup in for service on Wednesday 10/10/2018. After that my car started having engine warning that same night after picking it up. Took it back on Thursday morning around 8am after engine started overheating and they apparently sorted the problem out but early Friday morning more issues happened, when I accelerate my car wouldn’t increase speed as normal flashing engine warning signs (took pictures and videos) and engine temperature went to hot.

Returned the car to Kia on Friday around 12pm and dealt with Kenneth the service foreman. Was told I wasn’t going to get my car back on Friday and after I had to argue for some time I was given a courtesy car. Mind you I don’t stay in Gauteng I reside in Nelspruit MP

Today I’m writing this review, its Wednesday 24/10/2018 and the last time I was called to be given feedback was Wednesday 17/10/2018 by Grant. I had to call them countless times to finally get hold of Grant on Friday who finally gave me feedback (why am I calling them for update definitely they don’t care about the inconvenience they causing on my side). Apparently a “block” has been damaged. So obviously because of negligence from the technician in the workshop they did a mess on my cars engine.

Which channels can I follow in order to speed up their service on my car and who do I report this too? This is the worst service I have ever encountered.
