Kia Edenvale dont know their own processes

I booked my car for service and due to my boss being sick I called to say I could not drop off my car at 7:30 and needed to drop off the car earlier. I work very far, almost an hour away, so it would be impossible for me to leave to work after dropping off the car and be on time. A lady in the service department said I could drop the car off and leave my keys with security. I made arrangements with someone from work to fetch me from Kia Edenvale and we were both at Kia Edenvale at 6am but could not leave keys with security. Security said they instructed not to.This makes me so angry as I made arrangements for dropping off and collecting my car and if it was not possible to drop off my car earlier I would have taken it somewhere else. So I have to drive my car to work, pile on more Km's which now I have to explain as it's under maintenance plan. What terrible service.
