Kia *****ed me

6 months back I’ve bought a car @ KIA Hillcrest .These smart people gave me a spare wheel with a plug, the tyre was turned upside down so that I don’t notice the plug.While cleaning the car I then realised that the spare wheel is faulty, I then reported to the sales man who was assisting me he is not replying to any of my texts, i then escalated the matter to the manager who’s also not replying to my text. I won’t ever buy a vehicle from Kia they are ******.The sales man told me that he moved to the Northclif branch so am worried about the people who are going to buy vehicles from Kia Hillcrest and Northcliff ***
