Kia East rand - no service delivery!

I took my car for its 60 000km service and on the day that I pickes it up it was sounding terrible and all the while driving the sound was getting worse. So I took the car back and explained that when shifting from second gear the revs are low but sounds like its past 6 and when I keep driving and shifting to 5 it does the same and my car sounds like it might explode if a pass 100 on the highway. So I decided to take the car back due to it only acting up the day of my service. Explaining the situation I get a qoute for R9000 due to my clutch packing up. Now I would like to know how a car can break the day of the service and upon returning cost so much. Apparently its a common thing that breaks but its irregular to break at 60 000kms. I chose the option to take it to a mechanic that would not be as expensive as Kia and it seems when Kia did open up my car they broke another part of my car which I would like to hold you liable for. I am so unhappy with your service and wish that I could switch to a different brand. Even with my 50 000km service my back light didnt work and I had to fix it myself. I do not know what you mean by "service" when someone brings their car to you, but a kinda think looking into and around the car is important.
