Kia Durban South worst service ever

Sent my Kia for a gearbox check. Lucky from the service department is such a bull****ter. He sends my vehicle to Pinetown Mayfair that wants to charge me R30000 because apparently my clutch, Flywheel and releaser bearing is damaged and not under warranty. I asked for my vehicle back it takes a week to return after begging and pleading, all my fuel depleted and I could have still done 180km with the fuel I left my car with. Then driving the car the next day with 4 other mums my wheels start coming out and I'm going onto oncoming traffic. I had to be towed home. The next day I asked kia Durban South to send someone to check my vehicle but they could not come out or pay for the tow I had to pay for a second tow. Lucky from the service department says I must not drive the vehicle. So I told him it's not the clutch but the wheels he refused to listen and help me. When my car gets to Kia the wheels almost coming out. We were then told that a pin was not put back that holds the Tyre. I could have lost my life for Kia Durban South negligence. Especially the guy in the service department that does not render much service. No compensation for bad service and towing pathetic in my book. Melanie Naidoo
