Kia Durban South - Unprofessional and Unreliable

My review and experience was with KIA DURBAN SOUTH. And quite frankly, they don't even deserve 1 star . We had a cash deal with Kia that included transport from Dbn to CT. I was promised on more than one occasion that the car will arrive on 29 August (the day I flew to CT). Once our money was paid Kia went silent. They did not inform me that my car had not left Durban at the requested time until I CONTACTED THEM. My emails were ignored and my phone calls were rarely returned. We tried to cancel the deal but they refused to repay our entire amount. Over a week later and after I incurred a huge Uber bill , which they refuse to acknowledge, my car arrives in CT with less than a quarter liter of petrol. I am disgusted with this company! They are unreliable and unprofessional and they have put me off EVER dealing with the Kia brand again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
