Kia Durban Rogues and Dodgers

<p>We recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Kia Durban. We had sent them a quote to match from pinetown as they had no stock. The manager Neeren had done the deal and when it went to finance Caren had added almost R20 000 extras not explaining it was additional charges but merely said included. the next day we had contacted them and they said it would be paid back so we dont have to return the vehicle its been almost 2 months and they have not made any contact nor have refunded the monies. Caren was instructed by dealer principle to refund the money for which i have call recordings and emails to prove but everyone at the branch just turns a deaf ear to the issue. If not rectified by end of week i will launch campaigns via different forms advising people about the rougish sales tactics and poor after sales process from KIA Durban Multifranchise</p>
