Kia Durban bad service.

I have never ever in my life met people who are liers and manipulative as those at Kia Durban branch. I have had the worst experience ever with them purchasing my new car, today as we speak I have a brand new car that I can not drive as it is uninsured and they are sitting with my old car that they haven't paid me for trade in as they had promised I have called even their manager who now all of a sudden says process takes 7 days which means I won't have a car for the next 7 days knowing very well that I use my car for work. I'm very angry and disappointed to say the least we the horrible service I received at Kia Durban. Stay away from Kia guys I beg you!!
