Kia disappointment

Six weeks after purchasing a pre-owned Sportage for business purposes, the vehicle had critical engine failure. Kia Port Shepstone denied culpability, despite evidence to the contrary and suggested applying to MIOSA for deliberation, with the assurance from the manager, that the vehicle could remaine at their workshop until a ruling was issued. A few months down the line, I was informed that they would be moving the vehicle to a storage facility and that I would be liable for these costs. I have been paying for a useless vehicle for 10 months, as well as the insurance for it and now I am expected to pay for a storage contract that I did not personally enter into. This is unacceptable!
