Kia delivers broken new parts

<p>Hi. I had to buy a new rear light for my kia. I ordered the light at Kia Welkom and it was delivered during the December holidays. As we were away for the holidays, I only opened the parcel early January. I found the light broken, and took it back to the dealers to assist. They refused to take the light back and said it is not their problem. After R2500 paid, I still cannot repair mu car. I am very disappointed in Kia!!!! Please help</p>
