kia Dealer Umhlanga

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I have recently visited the Kia Service Department at Umhlanga Branch on the 14/06/2017 for a check up since my car was making a funny noise after them servicing my car for 45 000 km and it's still making that noise . I arrived there 06.45am and was number 5 in the que, I took my car for a check-up and I clearly advised Marlin that I need a shuttle to drop me off and pick me up from work, one of the driver dropped me off at work (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) .</p> <p> </p> <p>At 16.55pm, 5 minutes before the shop can close, I received a call from Marlin from the Kia Umhlanga branch advising me that the car is ready for pick up. so this tells me that they took almost 10 hours with my car. I asked him for someone to pick me up and he told me that all the drivers are gone home and he has no one to pick me up, I was surprised and shocked as I finished work at 7pm meanwhile before leaving the Dealership I advised them that my Shift was 10:00 am – 19:00 pm and was so inconvenience because I had to take an Uber to pick my car up. what kind of services is this?</p> <p> </p> <p>On arrival to the kia Umhlanga branch, the Security guard had my car keys, so I’m not sure what kind of service you guys provide cause this is very bad and what if my car was tampered with or driven, I don’t know because he didn’t even ask me for my name or ID when I went to pick up my car, he just gave me the car keys and it’s not his fault so what if I was not the owner? And this morning when I went to lay a complaint was advised that they don’t have a Manager or a person in charge again waste of my Tea break (time) and petrol so had to call Head Office and still no one could assist me with my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this matter to be address and I want feedback since it’s not the first time receiving the worst service from Kia Umhlanga Branch because even with servicing my car I’m the last customer to be called even if I’m number 1 on the que plus the last time too on my 45000 km someone called me to pick me up at work at 16:00pm since I was knocking off at that time but no one pitched had to take a 30 minutes’ walk to pick up my car from Kia.</p> <p> </p> <p>My car is a year old so I want someone to fix the noise problem or I want a brand new car.</p> <p> </p>
