Kia customer care doesn’t solve customer’s problem

On the 23 of September 2024 I took my car for a service at the Tygervalley dealership the lady at the service reception was very rude to me when I went to collect my car she forced me pay a R500 for a wheel alignment that they did in my car without my permission and the lady was extremely rude and intimidating I lodged a complaint with Kia customer care they only responded with what suits them the issue is still not resolved

I have been emailing the customer care there’s no response I am very unhappy that such a big company doesn’t know how to resolve customer problems
