Kia clutch plate warranty don't exist....intact KIA has no warranty .

I just want to lay a complaint and warn other consumers about KIA warranty that does not exist. I bought my KIA RIO 1.4 Tech May 2016 brand new, this year 16 July 2018 at +-41 000 the car could not change gyers and I called their road assistance and they confirmed that the car warranty is in force , upon asking them to tow the card to the nearest dealership they said I must be aware that if the problem is not something that is not covered by warranty I be liable for towing fees,,,,OMG the car could not be driven why would I be liable for towing fees , from there I lost all the faith I had in the brand. I phoned insurance and towed the car to Northcliff , at Nrthicliff they said issue was because the clutch plate is damaged I asked them why. They said its Excessive use ,OMG at 40 000km the clutch its gone and they claim its the driving technique that ****ed it, they refused saying the clutch is covered up until 20 000km or a year. I had to pay 9900 for a clutch of a car that is new. I drove a Toyota for 6 years and by the time I let go of a Toyota car I it had over 180k on the clock I never ****ed clutch im surprised this one gave in at only 41 000 . I don't trust the brand at all . Id never buy it nor recommend it to my family coleugues and friends. That 5 year warranty they preach its not there , they have a lot of limitations on their warranty
