Kia Bloemfontein

Kia Bloemfontein - Worst service I have ever experienced!! My car was in for a service and they negligently did not fasten the samp plug correctly. I drive long distances and my car broke down on the high way. After my car was towed in and inspected by Kia Welkom, they came to the conclution that due to the oil leakage the whole engine needed to be replaced.

I informed Kia Bloemfontein about this, as it is their mistake. And they decided to fetch the car and fix it themselves.

It's been exactly 3 weeks now. Kia Bloemfontein can still not tell me what they are doing or when my car will be finished. My conclusion so far is that they give me very vague answers about the repair because they are not replacing the engine and rather "patching" their mistake!!

Very very unhappy about this absolute terrible service!!
