My wife spoke to a consultant at Kia Bloemfontein on Monday, she informed him that she does not have a license but would like to apply for a car. He ensured her that it would not be an issue and we continued with the application process. On Tuesday 19 March, she got a call from the Financial Manager which informed her she was approved for the full amount and that she did not even have to pay a deposit and they discussed the monthly installments, reserve payment, warranty etc. The financial manager then requested my wife's lisense, after which my wife informed her that she does not have a license. The financial manager then said they needed my info so they can apply for me as the "nominated driver" at the bank. My wife informed the financial manager that I curently have debt and that I am overexposed (we are married out of community without accural) the financial manager then called me the afternoon to discuss exactly what is going on and she also told me that my wife is approved for the full amount and that they will not be doing a application for credit on my name, but rather just a ITC check just to ensure I am not blacklisted. On Wednesday 20 March my wife recieved a Whatsapp, not even a call, to inform her that the transaction has been declined by the bank. She then requested the pre approval documents from MFC, the sales consultant said that the deal was declined so there are none, this after being told twice that my wife had full finance and after being told at the start that she will not need a license. The service is unstructured and it seems like there is no communication between the sales consultant and finance team. Poor service and a lot of lies.
