Kia Black whole

Wanting to expand my business I decided to buy a K2500 from Kia Nigel. I paid the deposit on the 26th of June, I hadn't signed the papers and fetched my van when things went awry in my business. I informed the branch that I wouldn't be moving forward with the purchase and would like my deposit back. Kia Nigel and Kia SA have been sending me from pillar to post and I am yet to receive my money. No answers from anyone just emails and phone numbers. 6 years on.
