KIA bad service

Took my car for its first service two months later car doesn't want to start I take it kia springs I am experiencing the worst service ever my car is not even 12months old but the issues raised on it are crazy I go back to try and get my car back they tell am not allowed to enter the premises until a specific time I really disappointed in KIA SA
